Shipping Policy

All orders ship from South Carolina, USA.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

 

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, transit time is outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Join our email list to hear if that changes.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with your household and neighbors, then contact your local carrier — most packages turn up within a few days. For packages lost in transit or arriving damaged, email us at hello@bernerpajama.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable, and we'll make it right.

Holiday shipping

During the holiday season, carrier volumes increase and delivery times can extend beyond the estimates above. We post our recommended order-by dates each December — order early to be safe.
